Biography

Dr. Irina Chernukha has her expertise in meat science with the focus on: meat and meat product’s quality assessment, biotechnology, bioactive peptides generated from meat proteins, health-promoting properties of meat and meat-based products, in vivo modification of composition and meat characteristics, FOODOMICs platform for food analysis. She holds her position of Principal researcher at the Gorbatov Federal Research Center for Food Systems.
