Helge Einar Lundberg born 1966 in Norway, MD Specialist in General practice and Sports medicine. Attended The Medical Faculty, Oslo University 1985-1991, and has since then a 30 years’ experience in general Practice and has been working with cross-country skiers as a doctor for ski- teams. From 2018 he has been engaged by Professor Stig Larsen (Professor of Clinical Research Methodology and Statistics) Norwegian University of Life Sciences/ Meddoc AS to conduct the clinical studies om Jarlsberg Cheese. Dr Larsen is his advisor in this project along with Professor Helge Holo (biochemistry, Norwegian School of Life Sciences). He is now applying for the PhD programme at Norwegian School of Sports Sciences with Professor Jorunn Sundgot-Borgen and Professor Larsen as advisors. From September 2022, he also works as Medical Director at Meddoc Research AS
